If you haven't received your package and your tracking hasn't updated in over 2 weeks (4 weeks for international), please contact me AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!
I will provide a refund or replacement as long as the tracking number is still active.
Any replacements will also include insurace.
Depending on your country, you might have to pay taxes upon receiving your package. I am not responsible for any international import taxes.
